    Founded in 1973 Capitol Cleaning was incorporated in 1992. In 1998 We acquired the assets of one of the oldest, most respected window cleaning companies in Seattle, Universal Window Cleaning. a window cleaning company and this still represents most of our work. We are about evenly split between residential and commercial clients. Whether it's the chair or the pole we produce quality, professional results. As members of the International Window Cleaner's Association (IWCA) and their Certification Institute we are committed to professionalism and best practices in all we do.

As a natural add-on we also offer roof and gutter cleaning, pressure washing and awning cleaning - again striving for superior results.

We serve the Greater Seattle area including Lynnwood, Edmonds, Bothell, Kirkland, Bellevue, Redmond, Renton and Bainbridge Island.
