 | Founder, Peter Kogler, started washing windows in 1973. Born in Austria, Peter's family emigrated to Canada when he was 3. He grew up in southern Quebec and earned a B.A. degree in psychology from Bishop's University in Lennoxville, QC. Peter coached soccer in Ballard for several years, plays keyboard at Ballard Baptist Church, is an amateur historian and still plays soccer 2 times a week. He has 2 children.  | Glen Moritz has recently joined Capitol with an extensive background in commercial and residential painting. Glen owned and operated GM Painting for over 15 years and brings a wealth of know-how to our company. From painting to deck restoration and repair, from carpentry to small repairs, Glen brings the conscientiousness and attention to detail of a fine craftsman to his work. |
 | Thavone Saysanasy (Vone) is one of the best in the business. He is well known in window cleaning circles, having cleaned most of the buildings downtown. He's currently in charge of our commercial division. His skills and work ethic have earned him the nickname "Pac-Man". |
 | Eric Green received his training at Capitol Cleaning and worked for us several years showing himself to be capable and conscientious. He has now branched out on his own under the business name, Crystal Green, but he still actively subs for us and does our South End work. |
